Synopsis
An impenetrable territory known as Hell's Gate has appeared in Tokyo altering the land and sky and giving rise to a group of individuals with special powers known as "contractors." Contractors each have unique abilities that comes at a price which varies depending on the person. To avoid being targeted most contractors have hidden themselves among the public hiding their abilities. As a result of the contractors the world powers have shifted and now an organization known as the Syndicate dominates in power. Hei is one of the most powerful contractors for the Syndicate. Along with the members of his team Hei must carry out tasks assign to him through the Syndicate to further their power.
