Synopsis
Takasugi Shinsaku is a soldier of fortune from Choshu along with his comrade Katsura Kogorou sneak aboard a government ship in search of a mysterious "time piece". This time piece has the power to manipulate time and he fears that the government will want to keep it for themselves and use it for their own horrifying ideals. Rather than allowing such a powerful device to fall into the wrong hands, Takasugi plans to destroy the artifact.
