Synopsis
A child's straightforward request nearly brought about the end of the world ten years ago. Depending on the strength of the group, there are now persons that can give others their wishes or heart wants. "Order User" is the moniker given to the group. Since their near-destruction, the Orders have been largely despised by everyone, and there are even documented instances of individuals abusing and running over members of the Orders until they are dead. One member of the orders stands out above the rest in terms of talent, and his name is Eiji Hoshimiya. He is solely to blame for the tragic event that took place ten years ago. He can't recall what he wished for 10 years ago because of some partial amnesia he is currently experiencing. He is adamantly opposed to using his abilities out of concern about repeating the error he made in the past.
