Synopsis
Self-described "home security guard" Mahiro Oyama hasn't left his house in years, spending all of his time alone in his room playing sexually explicit visual novels. His talented sister Mihari is concerned about his welfare due to his wicked lifestyle. She comes up with a strategy to help him get back to normal in an effort to find a solution to this issue. To Mahiro's extreme dismay, Mihari's first step in her plan is to create a drug that transforms her brother's biological makeup into a true female. Mahiro is forced to live out his life as a cute girl until the effect wears off—if it ever does—because he is stuck in this situation.
