Synopsis
There was once an unstoppable middle school basketball team that became known as the "Generation of Miracles" that consisted of five basketball stars. After middle school the team separated and transferred to different high schools. As a new year begins the captain of the Seirin High basketball club is recruiting new members. One of these members is the up and coming star that transferred in from America Taiga Kagami. Along with Tetsuya a strange new student appears who appears to have absolutely no talent in basketball. The new student is actually Tetsuya Kuroko is a new freshman in high school. Tetsuya is actually the mysterious sixth member of the Generation of Miracles known as the phantom sixth who will stand as Taiga Kagami's shadow and make him number one defeating the other members from the Generation of Miracles.
