Synopsis
In the future earth has become peaceful and people spend all of their time on recreation as machines do all of the work. Against the decline in Earth's civilization space pirate Captain Harlock and his crew of the Arcadia have devoted themselves to outer space. When an alien race appears with the goal of taking over Earth, the crew of the Arcadia realize that they are the only ones capable of saving the Earth as Earth's citizens continue to live a life of luxury oblivious of the danger coming their way.
