Sakura was in a shelter during a Savage attack in Gudenburg, along with Hayato and Karen. She remembered Karen but wasn't able to get Hayato's name. Soon after the shelter she lived with her father, whom she had never met until that time. She soon fell ill ans was then sold by her father to Warslran Research Facility. This Facility take their subjects that have no chance of recovery and inject them with vaccines that contain fluids from the Savages. She is the sole survivor of the test subjects. Like Hayato and Emilia she is a Variant and a Slayer.
