Shuichi is a high school student that has dreams of becoming a famous rock-star. He forms the band called "Bad Luck" and with this band he hopes to make his dreams a reality. One day he is walking through a park looking over his notes of "Glaring Dream" when a sudden gust of wind blew it out of his hands and into the sight of a stranger who said after he read it that it was entry level and he had zero talent. Shuichi, takes it with a gain of salt and is now determined more now than ever to prove the stranger wrong.
