Rally was trained to use firearms by her father who was an Olympic level Marksman. Her mother wanted Rally to learn how to play the violin, and opposed anything and everything to do with guns. She disliked guns so much that she when she went to the gun shot to file divorce papers, she was murdered in a robbery at the store. Through her dad's training she was able to become a bounty hunter, which she went looking after her dad because he went after his wife's killers.
