Synopsis
As humanity has advanced they have engineered flying cities which were all destroyed forcing people to live on the ground as before. However one city, Laputa, remains in the sky hidden away. Now years have past and a girl named Sheeta has been abducted and traveling across the sky in an airship. When the airship is attacked by a pirate gang Sheeta tries to escape but ends up falling from the ship only to be saved by a boy named Pazu and Sheeta's mysterious blue stone with unknown powers. The mysterious blue stone and the pirates pursuing them may soon lead them to the accent city of Laputa.
