Synopsis
Kanji Sasahara has always been a closet otaku. When starting his freshman club of college he struggles to work up the courage to join a club he's passionate about. After to give one more club a shot he discovers Genshiken, The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture. There Kanji finally starts on his path of embracing his love of otakudom. Kanji will have to struggle with society's view of otakus while learning just what it is to be an otaku.
