Synopsis
Mei Ayazuki is an ordinary high-school girl, but with a twist. Since she was an infant she could see spirits. She always thought this was normal until she went to school and quickly found out that it wasn't normal at all. She was shunned by her peers and often made fun of. One day while walking home from school she sees a street magician performing infront of a huge crowd. The magician sees her and points to her saying "for my next trick I will make this girl disappear!". Mei gets inside the box and is suddenly transported to the Meiji-era in Tokyo. She quickly discovers that she is a Tamayori - a person that sees ghosts, and is widely respected in this time period. While there she gets to interact with historical figures such as Ougai Mori, Shunsou Hishida, Otojirou Kawakami, Kyouka Izumi, Gorou Fujita, Yakumo Koizumi and Tousuke Iwasaki.
