Synopsis
After the affects of the Third World War a new species of humans is born called "Needless." Needless are humans that have been affected by various powers called fragments. The needless have grouped into two main powers the Misfits and Simeon. The Simeon want to hunt down every needless that is not part of their group as per the orders of Adam Arclight.
