Synopsis
Unable to accept a life of happiness after the destructive past he has lead Kenshin has set off to continue his journey as a rurouni with the support of his wife Kaoru Kamiya. It has been 15 years since the son he has left behind Kenji has grown to resent his father for leaving them. Wanting to become stronger than his father Kenji seeks out Hiko in order to become a better swordsman than his father was. As Kenji begins his journey to become stronger than his father Kenshin has become infected by an unknown disease. Kaoru reflects on Kenshin's past and the future that awaits them upon his return.
