Synopsis
After leaving late from cram school, Manta Oyamada decides to take a short cut that leads through a graveyard. Little did he know that in the grave yard was Yoh Asakura and his ghost companions. Horrified, Manta runs away and later at school is picked on for seeing ghosts. The same day Yoh transfers into Manta’s class, but denies ever seeing him. But, when Manta falls into trouble at the graveyard Yoh decides to befriend and share his secret of being a shaman who wants to become the Shaman King by winning the great Shaman Fight.
