Synopsis
Speed is the son of Pops Racer, a former heavyweight champion and now self employed auto engineer. Despite Speed and his father's opposing views on auto racing, Pops and the rest of the Racer family helps Speed as he adventures off into dangerous auto racing tournaments using his father's self built car, and engineering marvel, the Mach 5. As he dives deeper into the world of racing Speed hopes to find his brother Rex who has had a falling out with Pops. But before Speed can find his brother he must confront the mysterious Racer X.
