Synopsis
It is the 19th century and humanity has revolutionized technology enough to even reanimate corpses. These "living corpses" are unable to experience individual thoughts or emotions, so they are just programmed to act as laborers in various occupations. This newfound technology does come with a catch though. Science may be able to return the corpses' ability to move, but it cannot return its soul. Doctor Victor Frankenstein, who mysteriously disappeared after his revolutionary work on corpse reanimation is said to have revived the only corpse with a soul!
