Synopsis
The leader of the criminal esper organization P.A.N.D.R.A. Hyoubu Kyousuke has made his way into the high security prison for espers, Deadlock, in order to rescue Yugiri in order to take her back to their flagship Catastrophe. With his unlimited power he plans to lead the revolution to free his brethren who share his physic powers from the tyranny of the world. However, Andy Hinomiya, the man he has freed along with Yugiri may hold a secret that could jeopardize Hyoubu's revolution of espers as the USEI gets closer and closer to infiltrating P.A.N.D.R.A.
