He is an advanced A.I. unit who's full name is ChamberK6821. His primary purpose is to act as a life support and battle adviser for it's pilot.

He is a tough and good man. He stays calm even when to going is tough. He is the captain of Gargantia. And he wishes for the safety of his people.

When first met he is found to be very observant and wary of new things. Due to his life as a solider he is very cold and will kill anything as long as it is a threat and it is in his orders to do so. Through the Anime we see him change as a person as he learns morals and ethics.

She is Amy's youngest friend. She is small in size but is a hard worker as a messenger. She is also blunt about her attractions this may be due to her child like nature but she is serious where it counts.

He is a whiz with machinery and tech and most people trust his skills. He is rather full of himself and does things to get his way. His main goal is to bring treasure up from the sea and have much wealth.

She is a sadistic and cruel woman who expects things to play in her favor. She may be cocky but she is confident in what she can do but never puts on restraints.

She is smart and always gets things done. While she is caring she comes off as cold and serious. Due to her job she suffers much stress.

Saaya is a messenger on board Gargantia. She is friends with Amy and Melty. She seems to be care free but as later indicated she does house some pain she keeps to her self.

Striker carries all the same capabilites as the mass production Chamber models and adds in a few of it's own. The first difference is in design. The Striker Machine Caliber has 6 wings compared to Chamber's two. Unlike Chamber's wings which have beam weapons built in, Striker's wings are designed to enchance it's speed and maneuverability. Two wings are mounted on the shoulders, two on heels of the legs and a smaller pair mounted in the rear. In total, a 47 percent advantage in speed and maneuverability over the standard Machine Caliber. Like Chamber, Striker also has the built in beam weapons. Chamber was unable to use his beam weapons with any accuracy underwater so Ledo made a weapon with a explosive tip to allow them to fight effectively. Striker was able to decimate large number Hideauze using its built beam weapons underwater again showing that Striker model was vastly superior to the standard machine caliber.
